Tesoro Trujillo’s coffee, from the Wush Wush variety, delights with its exceptionally floral, tea-like character, typical of this rare strain. The cup is dominated by floral notes, interwoven with lemongrass, apricot and pineapple. Thanks to the washed process, the flavour profile is clean, transparent and elegant – emphasizing the complex acidity, juiciness and lightness of this exceptional batch. Fermentation under water for 30 hours gives the infusion a subtle depth and a clear structure. The whole is complemented by tea lightness and a long, floral aftertaste that lingers on the palate with refined finesse.
