The Pacamara variety is a cross between Pacas and Maragogipe, giving it unusually large, impressive beans and a uniquely complex character in the cup. This variety is demanding to cultivate and rare, making us even more thrilled to share it with you.

The coffee grows in the shade of the Colombian mountains at an altitude of 1,600–1,800 meters above sea level, where the slow ripening of the cherries allows the full aroma to unfold. Selective harvesting is done by hand, with only fully ripe, red cherries, transported from the mountainsides by mule, reaching the processing plant.

In the cup, you’ll find sweet notes of blackcurrant, maple syrup, and honey, a full body, and a balanced, delicate acidity. Pure, juicy, and multi-dimensional, this coffee demonstrates why Colombia has long remained one of the most important coffee destinations in the world.
